This 1,5-hour walking tour is all you need to discover the history and highlights of Vienna. Our Local Guides know the city well and are master storytellers with a passion for history. The tour will be conducted in English, using easy-to-understand language and avoiding the distractions of running the tour in 2-3 languages at the same time. We also limit the number of participants to a maximum of 25 people to avoid getting too crowded.
On this tour you will see the most important sights of Vienna, starting with the Hofburg, the imperial palace complex of the Habsburg family. The guide will take you on a walk through the Old Town, full of historical buildings and monuments. What you should know
- Admission to the Cathedral of St. Stephen covers only free parts of the church. Due to limited opening hours, it is possible to visit the Cathedral only from May to October on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday tours. Guided tours inside the churches during mass and special events (such as scheduled concerts) are limited, therefore the guide may provide all information outside.
- Our group tours are limited in size to a maximum of 25 participants.

1. We recommend arriving at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts. You will not be entitled to a refund if you are unable to join the group tour due to late arrival. Delays are not allowed as being late will affect the experience of other participants.
2. Cancellation and changes to the booking, such as changing the number participants can be made via the Portal’s System. If you need assistance, please contact the Customer Service of the portal where you made your booking.
3. On the day of the tour, if you cannot find the meeting point, please contact the guide directly. The guide’s phone number will be active 20 minutes before the tour starts.
