What you should know

  • Please check your email the day before the tour to receive important information.
  • Please note that the number of attractions depends on the selected option. Private transport and the Old Town tour with tickets to the Eiffel Tower are not included in the basic 2-hour option.
  • We will make efforts to pre-book your entrance tickets to the Musée d’Orsay to avoid waiting in line at the ticket office, but you will have to wait in line for ticket validation and mandatory security checks. Admission includes the main exhibition only, tickets for temporary exhibitions are not included.
  • Skip-the-line tickets to the top of the Eiffel Tower are reserved for a specific time slot so it’s important to arrive at the meeting point on time. You can skip the queue at the ticket office but there may be a queue for ticket validation and elevators. There are mandatory security checks. Admission includes access to the top by elevator, which is more expensive than tickets with stairs only access. You can go down the stairs from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor and the ground floor.
  • Every January, the top level of the Eiffel Tower undergoes renovation and is therefore closed to the public for 30 days. During this period, you will only visit floors 1 and 2, which are still open. In 2023, the top level will be closed from January 3 to February 3.
  • The 3,5 and 5,5-hour options include an estimated 1,5-hour transfer time between the meeting point and the accommodation address provided when booking. Please note that the transfer time quoted is for information purposes only and the exact schedule will depend on the distance and traffic.
  • We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. If you’re traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
  • For the convenience of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 people in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
