  • Entry to churches during masses and special events is restricted.
  • Due to the church rules, the guide will not enter St Mary’s Basilica with guests. The basilica has limited opening hours. The Veit Stoss altarpiece can be viewed between 11:50AM – 6:00PM
  • You have to climb 144 stairs to reach the top of the Sigismund Tower of Wawel Cathedral. The staircase is narrow and has a low ceiling, so it is not easily accessible.
  • The Tempel Synagogue is closed on Saturdays, Jewish holidays and during the prayer time.
  • Pickup service is available only in the area of Krakow Old Town, within 1,5 km from the designated meeting point.
  • If your accommodation does not meet these criteria or you don’t provide your address when booking, the guide will meet you at the designated meeting point.
