Tasty stops and a friendly guide. We tried pierogi and a rich beet soup at a cozy cafe near goldstein palace. The walk through market square felt relaxed and the stories were fun. Would have liked a longer sit down at one place but still a great intro to Polish food.

Guide knew a lot about katowice and pointed out spodek from different angles. Food portions were generous and the cake with coffee was a highlight. The vodka shot was a cheeky local touch. Slightly rushed between venues though.

Loved the variety of dishes on the third stop by mariacka street. The cabbage rolls were homemade and the guide explained the family traditions behind them. Good balance of sightseeing and tasting. A small mix up with the drink order but they fixed it quickly.

A warm, personal experience with lots of local flavor. We ate at four different places and the final round of craft beers was a fun way to end near the cathedral of christ the king. The guide shared interesting stories about Polish customs. Could hear traffic at one venue but the food made up for it.

Fun tour with real local eats and neat history bits. The guide showed us market square highlights and shared the legend of goldstein palace. The dumplings were the best thing I had in katowice so far. Friendly pacing and a helpful tip on where to return later.
