Lucy was the absolute best!!! The guide can make or break your tour and she definitely made it!! Funny, spunky and incredibly knowledgeable. Starting at Big Ben is great because you get to hear it chime the hour. A lot of the time is spent in Westminster Abbey since it is so large and Lucy knows the ins and outs of the abbey. The walk to Buckingham palace is very nice since it goes through St James Park.

We enjoyed the cloisters area and seeing the main part of the building where the ceremonies take place. The Abbey is beautiful! The tombs and memorials rooms were very crowded and that part got a little long. Anthony was great! Very knowledgeable and interesting!

Natasha was a big part of why the tour was such a great success! She was so friendly and personable. She asked everyone their names and paid special attention to some of the children in the group by asking them questions and making sure they understood what they were seeing. She was not patronizing in any way. She told us lots of good stories, smiled a lot, and was genuinely eager to answer all of our questions and let us know everything that she did about the places we were visiting. I would definitely want to do a tour with Natasha again!
